Our agency is an established real estate agency in the Prefecture of Chania, Crete. We opened in 1996 and since then we have taken part in major sales and helped in the implementation of important projects for selected investors and buyers.

Our agency listings includes a large selection of properties, such as land plots suitable for construction of homes and villas, traditional and historical buildings, moreover newly built homes by well-known constructors. In addition there are properties suitable for investments such as hotels, commercial sites and large plots which can be developed for various uses, including golf courses, holiday settlements, and other special interests.

Our exceptional staff is in constant search for properties all over Crete. Not forgetting our network of associates from selected agencies nationwide provides us with the ability to be active nationally, having created links and co-operation networks. All our properties are inspected in co-operation with specialized estimators, lawyers, civil engineers and necessary consultants, before they are added to our listings.
